1. Your account
You need an account to chat with Gemini 4.0. Sign-in is handled with Google, and you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
You must be at least 13 years old and may not use the service to break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly basis and renew automatically until you cancel. The price shown on the pricing page is the price charged at checkout.
You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your account; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. AI responses
Gemini 4.0 generates responses automatically. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong, so review them before you rely on them for anything important.
You keep the rights you already hold in the prompts you submit, and you may use the responses for personal or commercial purposes subject to these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Gemini 4.0 to create malware, phishing content, sexual content involving minors, or material that harasses other people.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or resell access without permission.
5. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
