1. Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
If a renewal was charged by mistake, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the unused portion.
2. Exceptions
We may decline refunds where an account was suspended for abuse or where the request comes long after the billing period has been used.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@gemini4.lol with the Google account address you signed in with and the approximate charge date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
